一：每天早上9點(diǎn)幫著老媽去買(mǎi)菜。(好處：一可以鍛煉自我生活能力，二可以呼吸清晨新鮮的空氣，何樂(lè)而不為?)

四：每天復(fù)習(xí)一門(mén)成考科目。星期一數(shù)學(xué)，星期二語(yǔ)文，星期三英語(yǔ)......循環(huán)往復(fù)。(好處：今年的成考意外報(bào)成本科，意外考上。不意外的是要補(bǔ)交5000多的學(xué)費(fèi)。只好重考專(zhuān)科)
五：每晚都要寫(xiě)博客和日記。(好處：寫(xiě)博客是鍛煉自己的打字速度;寫(xiě)日記是與自我進(jìn)行溝通。)
六：早上和晚上都要向父母道：早安和晚安。(好處：一步一步的好心情。)
七：以上就是我的寒假計(jì)劃。不多，因?yàn)槲叶约旱男愿?，多了我也懶得去?zhí)行，還不如一步一步來(lái)。畢竟，改變是一點(diǎn)一滴積累的，而不是一蹴而就的。如若那樣，改變只會(huì)停留在表面，而并非是由內(nèi)而外。

2.每日英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)力30分鐘
3.中午保證兩小時(shí)睡眠,下午學(xué)習(xí)或外出體育活動(dòng)

可以這樣認(rèn)為，學(xué)習(xí)效率很高的人，必定是學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)好的學(xué)生(言外之意，學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)好未必學(xué)習(xí)效率高)。因此，對(duì)大部分學(xué)生而言，提高學(xué)習(xí)效率就是提高學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)的直接途徑。
提高學(xué)習(xí)效率并非一朝一夕之事，需要長(zhǎng)期的探索和積累。前人的經(jīng)驗(yàn)是可以借鑒的，但必須充分結(jié)合自己的特點(diǎn)。影響學(xué)習(xí)效率的因素，有學(xué)習(xí)之內(nèi)的，但更多的因素在學(xué)習(xí)之外。首先要養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，合理利用時(shí)間，另外還要注意"專(zhuān)心、用心、恒心"等基本素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)，對(duì)于自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)、缺陷等更要有深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)?？傊?世上無(wú)難事，只怕有心人。"
很多人在考試時(shí)總考不出自己的實(shí)際水平，拿不到理想的分?jǐn)?shù)，究其原因，就是心理素質(zhì)不過(guò)硬，考試時(shí)過(guò)于緊張的緣故，還有就是把考試的分?jǐn)?shù)看得太重，所以才會(huì)導(dǎo)致考試失利，你要學(xué)會(huì)換一種方式來(lái)考慮問(wèn)題，你要學(xué)會(huì)調(diào)整自己的心態(tài)，人們常說(shuō)，考試考得三分是水平，七分是心理，過(guò)于地追求往往就會(huì)失去，就是這個(gè)緣故。

通知要求，深入扎實(shí)開(kāi)展“送溫暖”活動(dòng)，精準(zhǔn)細(xì)致做好困難師生幫扶工作。要落實(shí)好教師待遇政策，細(xì)致務(wù)實(shí)開(kāi)展好走訪慰問(wèn)離退休教職工活動(dòng);加強(qiáng)與交通部門(mén)的聯(lián)系，為學(xué)生返鄉(xiāng)及節(jié)后返校提供便捷的票務(wù)服務(wù);安排好留校師生特別是內(nèi)地民族班留校學(xué)生節(jié)假日期間的學(xué)習(xí)生活。
通知強(qiáng)調(diào)，切實(shí)做好學(xué)校安全防范和防災(zāi)避災(zāi)工作，保障師生安全。各地教育部門(mén)和學(xué)校要以安全生產(chǎn)大檢查“回頭看”活動(dòng)為抓手，組織開(kāi)展好以危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品和易燃易爆物品為重點(diǎn)的校園安全專(zhuān)項(xiàng)排查整治活動(dòng)。健全雨雪冰凍、霧霾寒潮等災(zāi)害性天氣預(yù)警機(jī)制，做好防災(zāi)避災(zāi)應(yīng)急預(yù)案。

2016寒假英語(yǔ)作文：Learning Skating
There is a big skating ground near our school. In winter, I often go skating there, and I enjoy the sport very much.
At first, I only went there to watch others skating. Some with good skills could skate wonderfully. I admired them from the bottom of my heart. But I couldn’t do it myself. I was only an onlooker. How I longed to skate myself!
I began to make up my mind to learn it. But as soon as I stepped on the ice, I stumbled over myself. At once, some people caught me, and I turned red over their laughter. I became so disappointed that I decided to give up. When I was about to leave, a girl came towards me with a smile and said, "Never mind, try again and you will succeed." I tried again and again, but still fell again and again. I put up with the wounds and pains and stood up and went on trying. At that moment, the girl came up again. She said loudly to me, "Ok, you are doing very well." Then she signed a "V" to me with her fingers. I was very obliged, and with her encouragement, I made great progress. Soon, I could skate quite well.
While doing anything, we often meet many kinds of setbacks, but we shouldn’t lose heart, we should overcome them with confidence instead of getting away from them. Then we will gain one victory after another.

The saying that practice makes perfect means that after you have plenty of practice in what you are doing, you will be perfect in it. He who practices a lot will master the skill more quickly than he who seldom or hardly practices.
For example, when we learn English, we have to learn grammar, words, expressions and so on. The most important thing may be how to put what we have learned into practice. If you only learn the grammar rules by heart and don't do enough exercises, it is certain that you can't understand them perfectly. But if you practice a lot, maybe you will understand them more deeply and you can find some good methods of applying them. Memorizing English words whenever time permits,we can easily memorize them and can even find a way to memorize them more quickly.
There is another example. A famous singer can sing very welt. Of course, his talent is very important, but practice is necessary. It is necessary to practice to make the singer sing better and better.
It is evident that practice is important for everybody. If you want to improve your study and work, you should remember that practice makes perfect.

I don't remember how many examinations I've taken since I began my schooling. Truth to tell, I don't like examinations at all. I dare say that, in fact, no student likes examinations.
We often hear people say “Examinations are teachers' magic weapon”, so most of us may think it is our teachers who give us students so many examinations. But I don't think so. Almost all of them have once been students before they became teachers. We don't like examinations, and neither do our teachers, which may be reasonably concluded. What's more,the more examinations we take, the more time will be taken from our teachers and the more troubles our teachers have to take.
It is the system in our country, I think, that gives us students so many examinations. If there were no entrance examinations, and all the students could go up to the higher grades without competition, there would not be so many examinations in primary and middle schools. So it is important and necessary to reform the entrance system. Only in this way can examinations be GREatly reduced, and then all the students will be happier.

A hobby can be almost anything a person likes to do in his spare time. Hobbyists raise pets, build model ships, weave bas-kets, or carve soap figures and so on. In a word, hobbies offer en-joyment, friendship, knowledge and relaxation.
Then, what is my hobby? Well, what I like most is singing. I began to sing songs when I was very young. My uncle was studying in a college then, so he could sing lots of songs, and he taught me several songs. I showed great interests in the music then, for they were pleasing to ears and easy to sing. My uncle told me they were called pop songs.
When I grew up, my music teacher found that I had a good voice, so she sent me to the Children's Palace to study vocal mu-sic. From then on, I began my vocal music training. And then I knew there were several kinds of songs, like folk songs, pop songs and so on. What I had learned most was the songs for children. They were all simple ones but our teacher trained us very strictly. We practiced how to produce sound and how to make our expres-sion more natural and more pleasing. Those simple training didn't reduce my interest in singing at all and I won awards one after another in several kinds of competition. Actually I began to make up a dream of becoming a famous singer in the future.
