　　犯了此次錯(cuò)誤，不僅給單位的正常工作帶來(lái)了不良影響，更辜負(fù)了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同志們對(duì)自己的一片苦心。我現(xiàn)在十分的內(nèi)疚，深感自責(zé)。錯(cuò)誤已經(jīng)鑄就，除了自責(zé)懺悔，更重要的應(yīng)是思考如何改正錯(cuò)誤。我會(huì)努力反省、認(rèn)真自查，深刻反思自身問(wèn)題與不足，并積極思考如何努力提高、改進(jìn)工作，保證不在犯下類似錯(cuò)誤。

　　一是認(rèn)真自省自查，深刻反省自身錯(cuò)誤。對(duì)自己思想上、作風(fēng)上的錯(cuò)誤根源進(jìn)行深挖細(xì)找，并認(rèn)清其可能造成的嚴(yán)重后果。結(jié)合各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)同志對(duì)自己的批評(píng)指正深刻自省自查，真正給自己“洗洗澡、治治病”，切實(shí)找出自己的病患所在、癥結(jié)所在，努力改正克服，主動(dòng)進(jìn)步提高。

　　二是加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)步，不斷提高業(yè)務(wù)能力。作為非財(cái)會(huì)人員出身，自己能力不足、知識(shí)不夠，要想做好本職工作，必須努力加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)提高，不斷充電加餐。一方面要努力鉆研專業(yè)知識(shí)，主動(dòng)加強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)，通過(guò)自主學(xué)習(xí)提高自身業(yè)務(wù)能力;另一方面要向老同志虛心學(xué)習(xí)，多問(wèn)多學(xué)多看，主動(dòng)向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)咨詢、向老同志請(qǐng)教，加強(qiáng)溝通交流，找準(zhǔn)自身位舲、盡快融入角色。

　　三是端正工作態(tài)度，虛心接受批評(píng)指正。要不斷的提高思想認(rèn)知，端正工作態(tài)度，該進(jìn)工作作風(fēng)，切實(shí)改掉懶惰、散漫等壞毛病，克服不夠?qū)Ｐ?、馬虎大意等缺點(diǎn)。并在工作中認(rèn)真開(kāi)展批評(píng)和自我批評(píng)，主動(dòng)接受各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同志們的監(jiān)督指導(dǎo)，正確認(rèn)識(shí)善意的批評(píng)指正，努力培養(yǎng)愛(ài)崗敬業(yè)、盡忠職守的正確觀念。
