自參加工作以來，遵守公司及所在項目部的各項規(guī)章制度，積極服從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的工作安排，圓滿完成工作任務(wù)，維護(hù)集體榮譽，思想上要求進(jìn)步，積極響應(yīng)公司的號召，認(rèn)真貫徹執(zhí)行公司文件及會議精神。工作積極努力，任勞任怨，認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)試驗知識，不斷充實完善自己。
回顧過去一年的工作，既是忙碌又是充實的一年，在學(xué)校課本上所學(xué)的知都是理論性的知識，現(xiàn)在工作中一點一滴積累起來的實踐經(jīng)驗，才是我一生享受不盡的寶藏。在這一年里，有困難也有收獲，認(rèn)真工作的結(jié)果，是完成了個人職責(zé)，也加強(qiáng)了自身能力。將這一年工作簡要總結(jié)如下：
我從做好本職工作和日常工作入手，從我做起，從現(xiàn)在做起，從身邊小事做起并持之以恒，在本職工作中盡心盡力，孜孜不倦地作出成績，我要不斷的提高自己的崗位本領(lǐng)，努力精通本職的崗位知識，做本職工作的骨干和行家里手，腳踏實地的做好本職工作。
我剛參加工作時首先接觸到的是回填土檢驗，回填土雖然單一、枯燥，一般人覺得那不就是墊點兒土，有什么好做的，但我干了一段時間，其實并不是那么簡單：從土的材料要求開始，土壤擊實定下，它的控制指標(biāo)；什么部位需要回填土，什么部位需要回填砂石或者是3：7灰土都要有技術(shù)指標(biāo)控制；回填機(jī)具的選用；回填之前條件是否具備？地下混凝土基礎(chǔ)強(qiáng)度是否達(dá)到規(guī)定要求，土的材料選用，密實度要求，虛鋪厚度及壓實系數(shù)是否已確定，回填夯實達(dá)不到要求，那就要造成塌方，下沉，甚至帶來更大的危害。所以在后來逐漸接觸的其他材料檢驗前，在我心中已奠定干什么事情都不是那么容易，不容一絲含糊。
陸續(xù)的在試驗室接觸更多的項目檢驗，明確了工作程序，在具體工作中形成了一個比較清晰的工作思路，能夠順利的開展工作，并熟練圓滿的完成本職工作。
一對原材料的控制：凡進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場的原材料，每批都應(yīng)出具生產(chǎn)廠家的質(zhì)量保證書、檢驗合格證，每批次的原材料都應(yīng)按規(guī)定的數(shù)量進(jìn)行檢驗。①對于水泥，在使用散裝水泥倉時，不同廠家、不同品種、不同標(biāo)號的水泥嚴(yán)禁混用。在使用袋裝水泥時，應(yīng)有防護(hù)隔潮措施，避免水泥受潮結(jié)塊。對于存放超過三個月的水泥在使用時，應(yīng)提前與試驗室聯(lián)系，對水泥的實際標(biāo)號進(jìn)行二次復(fù)查。②砂石中不得含雜異物、煤屑等。尤其是不能混白灰。當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)原材料與樣品不符或異常時，應(yīng)與試驗室聯(lián)系，及時處置。為了不影響施工進(jìn)度，所有進(jìn)廠原材料都必須及時委托試驗，對水泥試驗采用3d強(qiáng)度和28d強(qiáng)度，鋼材、砂、石等在試驗室接受委托后二十四小時內(nèi)出具試驗報告。所有需要檢驗的材料必須由試驗室出具試驗合格報告后才可使用。既先檢驗，后使用的原則，否則視為不合格品。禁止在工程中使用。
二對于回填土的控制：回填土的施工之前，施工部門應(yīng)如實的填寫回填土委托單，設(shè)計圖紙有要求的按圖紙要求施工。沒有要求的按國家規(guī)范執(zhí)行?；靥钔潦┕みx擇的土料含水率要求?；靥钔撩繉拥匿佂梁穸劝匆?guī)范分層夯實，不得漏夯，逐層驗收。經(jīng)試驗合格后，才能進(jìn)行下一步回填，否則施工單位進(jìn)行返工處理。
三①砼工程。對于有特殊要求的砼及大體積砼應(yīng)提前委托，開罐后應(yīng)進(jìn)行開盤鑒定。②攪拌站每次攪拌砼時，應(yīng)嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行配合比，控制好塌落度及和易性，并做好攪拌和生產(chǎn)控制記錄。如果含水量變化較大時，要及時通知試驗室作動...

People always say that no pay, no gain. It seems if people work hard and fight for their goals, then they will get what they want.
Actually, life will not always go as their will, and most people have worked so hard, but they still can’t reach their goals. Then it is natural for them to question about what they do, and they believe that it is useless and waste time.
I don’t agree with them. I believe that what we learn will not be useless, someday these can help us to go further and make us the strong people.
So there is no use to feel frustrated when the efforts we have make do not work, it will work someday.
